Behind Noopel Translations operates Noora, who graduated as a Master of Arts from the English language and translation program from the University of Eastern Finland.

As minor subjects, Noora studied Finnish language, translation technology and interpreting which together give a wide base for translation operations. In addition, Noora studied multidisciplinary environmental studies which means that the concepts within the environmental field are very familiar to Noora.
